We Moms are always on the look out for new and healthy recipes for our little munchkins and what better than having a list of super healthy recipes that hardly takes 5-10 mins cooking time..
Oats Tikki
Ingredients:
1) Oats flour
2) Rolled Oats
3) Boiled potatoes
4) Grated Carrot
5) Salt
6) Black Pepper
7) Milk
Procedure: Mix oats flour, potatoes, carrot, salt and pepper in a dish to make tikki. Dip the tikki in milk and then in rolled oats, so they stick on tikki properly. Shallow fry these tikkis in a pan till they turn golden brown and serve them with toddler friendly tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
Rawa/ Sooji Stuffed Balls
Ingredients:
1) Sooji/ Rawa
2) Curd
3) Chopped vegetables
4) Salt
5) Black pepper
6) water
Procedure: Mix Rawa and curd and keep them aside for 10 mins and let the rawa rise a little. Mix all the other ingredients to make a thick paste, add water only if the paste is extremely thick. Take idli maker or pan with circular sections and add ghee and mustard seeds to it. Now put the batter to fill it till above. Turn it once the other side is golden brown. Serve it with toddler friendly sauce or chutney.
